4. Employers and candidates

Candidate application information may be shared with the employer responsible for the vacancy. Employers are responsible for how they use candidate information after receiving it through Replyd.

5. Service providers

We may use trusted service providers for hosting, authentication, database services, file storage, email, analytics, security and payment processing. They may only process information as needed to provide their services.

6. Data retention

We retain information for as long as necessary to operate Replyd, provide services, resolve disputes, enforce agreements and meet legal requirements. Users can request account deletion through their account settings.
