1. Agreement to these terms

By creating an account or using Replyd, you agree to these terms. You must not use the platform if you do not agree to them.

2. About Replyd

Replyd provides tools for candidates and employers, including job listings, applications, messaging, employer response information and reporting features. Replyd is not an employer, recruitment agency or party to any employment agreement formed between users.

3. Account responsibilities

You must provide accurate information, keep your sign-in details secure and notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.

4. Candidate responsibilities

Candidates must provide truthful application information, only upload documents they have the right to use and must not misrepresent their identity, qualifications or work history.

5. Employer responsibilities

Employers must publish genuine vacancies, provide clear and accurate information, comply with applicable employment and equality laws and handle candidate data responsibly.

6. Prohibited activity

You must not use Replyd for fraud, scams, discrimination, harassment, unlawful recruitment, misleading listings, spam, impersonation, malware, unauthorised data collection or any activity that harms users or the platform.

7. Replyd Scores and response information

Replyd Scores and response metrics are generated using activity recorded on the platform. They are provided for transparency and guidance only and do not guarantee the quality, conduct or future behaviour of an employer.

8. Reports and moderation

Users may report suspicious jobs, companies or activity. Reports must be submitted honestly and in good faith. We may review, restrict, remove or preserve content and accounts where reasonably necessary for safety, compliance or investigation.

9. Job listings and applications

Replyd does not guarantee that a listing is suitable, available or successful. Candidates should independently assess vacancies and employers. Employers are responsible for their hiring decisions and candidate communications.

10. Account restriction and termination

We may restrict or suspend accounts that breach these terms, threaten platform safety or create legal or security risks. Users may permanently delete their account through the relevant settings page.

11. Platform availability

We aim to keep Replyd available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may update, suspend or change platform features when needed.

12. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Replyd is not responsible for employment decisions, communications, losses or disputes arising directly between candidates and employers.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the platform, our services or legal requirements change. The updated date will be shown at the top of this page.
